Dear Larry,

Thank you for preparing our 2006 St. Patrick's Day Dinner, March 17, 2006, for the Spinnaker Yacht Club. Everything was delicious...the corned beef was excellent - sliced perfectly ... and as is the Gagnon tradition ... there was more than enough food! Some folks even had seconds.

Anyway we got great reviews. Thank you again Larry for helping us out. We really appreciate it.

Dear Larry:

Thanks for your letter. I want to thank you for your catering services at my mother's memorial service on Sunday, March 5th at our home. Billy was terrific, really fit in, was liked by all, and did a fantastic job. There were no hitches!

He wanted me to tell you, his uncle and employer, that he deserved a raise. Just kidding! He said no such thing.

Thanks so very very much for your amazing support this summer!!!

In early June, you put on the most fabulous Polynesian brunch buffet in our backyard in celebration of this year's De La Salle High School graduation! The themed food was a hit with everyone - from the boys, to parents, to younger siblings, even teenage girls!!! The omelets were everyone's favorite! No wait... the French toast was!!! No wait... the beautiful tropical fruit display was!!! Oh, we just can't decide!! And the assortment of tables and chairs and linens and umbrellas made our backyard the epitome of paradise!! But the best part was the onsite staff! Everyone got into the swing of the party but remained professional, efficient and flexible!! Words can't describe how much fun we had!! And our friends did too - we have received soooooooooooo many compliments! We just had to pass them on!!!

Late this month, you helped us put on an end-of-season DLS varsity baseball banquet at our home. Again, though less involved, everything you did for us made the event a success!! It was so easy and so fun to work with you all! And the outcome was so satisfying!

We know you put on a lot of parties and events for lots of different people and groups - but you have a special way of making each seem like your favorite!

Thanks for everything, and we look forward to working with you again ... and again ... and again!
